Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for free standard deliveries will be paid by for all orders of $ 110.00 and over for eligible customers in Quebec and Ontario *.

Maritime customers are eligible for free shipping starting at $ 150, and customers in Western and Northern Canada will not be eligible for free delivery for orders under $ 200.00.

* Customers who will ship their order to a postal code starting with GOG, G4T and JOM are not eligible for free shipping.

Regular delivery : 4 to 10 working days ouvrables for Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes or 4 to 10 days ouvrables for other delivery areas from the moment of billing.

Note that neither the seller nor the carrier is responsible if the customer is not present at the time of delivery and that he must subsequently collect his package at the place designated by the carrier.

We only deliver to Canada and deliveries cannot be made to a locker or PO box address.

Refund and return policy

A refund will be issued if the item is returned to the store at Rieker Longueuil (3655boul. Taschereau, St-Hubert, Québec, J4T 2G3) within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original state (unused) as well as in their original packaging within 10 days following the date of receipt of the goods. The original invoice must be presented for a return and reimbursement. If delivery costs have been charged for the order made online, they will not be refunded at the time of return.


To make a return, you must first contact us, either by phone 450 812 0110 or by email at within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods. You will have to give us the order number, and give us your name, your full contact details and mention the reason for the return.

The delivery costs originally invoiced will not be reimbursed and the return costs will be at your expense. It is important that the condition of the returned merchandise meets our requirements for us to apply a refund to the credit card used in the initial purchase. In the event that the goods are not returned in accordance with our terms, the goods will be returned to you at your expense, no refund will be approved and the transaction will be considered as a final sale.
